Sonangol International Holding Ltd. (Hong Kong) Fund Luanda Cement Ltd. is located in southwestern  Africa  countries - the Republic of Angola, the mother river adjacent to the scenic Angola - Kwanza River,  50 kilometers from the Angolan capital of Luanda City, covers an area of 638,000 square meters. The first cement plant in Angola put into product in April, 2013. The company has   two daily output of 5,000 tons of cement production line, is one of Africa's largest cement manufacturer. There are 39 units Ontrac actuators used for damper and valve control in this project.

Installed Power Generation Capacity: 11.5MW  Temp. of Flue Gas from Preheat: 325℃ Temp. of Flue Gas from Clinker cooler: 300℃ Power Output basing on per tonnage Clinker Output: 38.9-42.3KWh The order from EAST NEW ENERGY, China's new energy solutions provider. The tender covers 11 actuators  for dampers and 15 actuators for valves control. Ontrac will start delivery in February, 2014.
